JTPAWS Expands Production Capacity to Meet Global Demand
JTPAWS has expanded its Ningbo manufacturing and warehousing capabilities to support larger retail, supermarket and branded pet-product orders with stronger quality control.
A larger Ningbo facility for growing B2B programs
JTPAWS has expanded its Ningbo manufacturing operation by moving into a 5,000-square-meter facility. The larger site gives our team more room to organize production, manage materials and support the growing requirements of retail and branded pet-product customers.
New production lines for cat products
As part of the expansion, we added two pet-toy production lines focused on cat scratchers and cat trees. These categories require careful attention to structure, materials, assembly and finish. Dedicated production capacity helps us manage these details more consistently while developing products for different retail and private-label programs.
Port-side warehousing for batch orders
We have also leased a cargo warehouse near the port to provide additional space for batch cargo storage. This is important for customers who plan larger orders for supermarkets, retail chains, distributors or seasonal programs. Better storage organization helps us prepare shipments in a more practical and controlled way.
